Who is the Issuer and what does the business do?

The company has been incorporated in Jan 2023 and the main business activities are providing the services of car maintenance, repairing, and tyre replacement. The business is occupying one unit of terrace factory which is located at Taman Industri Jaya, Johor Bahru. The location of business premise is strategics as it is facing the main road and surrounding by car related business such as window tinted, car accessory, and car painting. The concentrate of car related business at the same area will not increase the competitiveness but good for the business to attract the walked in customers as it is more convenient for customers when they are looking for car related services.

Who is the owner / key person(s) in the business?

The overall of business operation is managed by me. I have more than 10 years of experience in the industry with beginning from apprentice when i was 18 years old. In 2018, I started to own a partnership company in the same industry, but it was closed down in year 2022 due to my partner's family matter. Thus, I incorporated this company to continue the business. Currently I have two staffs and will further hire more staffs to run the business.

What are their future plans?

I plan to open a second outlet in year 2025 but the location is yet to be determined. I am still looking for a good location of business premise with an affordable rental. Besides, the manpower is also another issue to solve for the business expansion. The expansion plan will be only executed once the issues mentioned solved to make sure the cashflow is in healthy level.

What has been their annual sales turnover?

For the first year of operation, the sales recorded as RM960k with the profit of RM141k. In the first eight month of 2024, the sales recorded as RM782k. The sales in 2024 estimated to increase to around RM 1.1-1.2mil. The main reason of the business growth is due to the good reputation in the market and have a supportive customer base over the time in the industry.

How would the Issuer utilise the funds raised on the platform?

The purpose of the funding is for business expansion. Once the issues of location and manpower solved, I plan to open the second outlet, and the fund will be used for setup cost such renovation and equipment purchases. In case the expansion plan is not so smooth as planning, the fund will be used for upgrading the equipment to enhance the productivity and keep more stock for better profit margin.
