The Issuer is seeking term financing to support its working capital requirements and to fund the expansion of its business operations. The Issuer has demonstrated sufficient revenue to meet its repayment obligations to microLEAP, and both the Issuer and its Guarantors have maintained a positive payment track record with other lenders. To further ensure repayment security, Standing Instructions (SI) have been put in place to facilitate the prompt transfer of profit and principal payments into our Trust Account.
As rated by Experian, the Issuer’s company i-Score stands at 9 (Strong) with a Probability of Default (PD) between >1% and 1.5%.
