This is the business ’s first operating branch, serving both individual customers and small events. With growing customer demand and positive market response, the business plans to expand operations by opening a second branch in the near future to increase market reach and brand presence.

This is the first Investment Note issued by the Issuer.

The Issuer generates sufficient revenue to meet its payment obligations to microLEAP, and both Guarantors have demonstrated a strong payment track record with other lenders. Standing Instructions (SI) are in place to ensure the prompt transfer of both profit and principal into our Trust account.

According to Experian ratings, The first Guarantor is rated 6 (Fair) with a PD of 5%–10%, and the second Guarantor is rated 4 (Weak) with a PD of 20%–50%.

This Investment Note carries an LR3 (Low Risk 3) rating, reflecting high credit quality and a low risk of default.
